       Frank J. Zervos, CEO 

       Frank Zervos graduated college with a business degree and moved to Florida- where he would spend the next 16 years working on major commercial construction projects, including many of the Gulf Coast's high rises. He was brought  back from the warm Floridian temperature to the infamous Western Pennsylvania winters, to "settle down" with his wife Mary, and eventually raise a family of his own. Continuing to pursue developing in Western PA, Frank specialized in timber framework and custom post and beam luxury houses- hence the birth of his own small business, FMZ Construction and Development INC. Frank currently lives with his wife and two children, in a private estate, in Mars. He has had the ability to expand his company into neighboring states, West Virginia and Ohio, and build several of his own high-end developments. Frank sets himself apart from other developers, with his strong work ethic and customer- oriented agenda. He and his team are able to work on tight schedules and a various projects, creating a plan that is efficient to the customer without sacrificing quality.
